Active AGSVA Baseline clearance is mandatory, and you'll establish fit-for-purpose frameworks, registers and reporting to enable informed decision-making and strong governance across perks, risks, issues and dependencies.

You will lead benefits management, identify and monitor dependencies, and provide strategic advice to senior leaders, ensuring transparent oversight and alignment
