Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is hiring a Dementia Support Coach to work across NSW regions from our Cardiff office. You will coach aged care staff and carers, implement DSA plans, and coordinate services to enhance quality of life for people living with dementia.

You will travel intrastate, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to evidence-based dementia care delivery within a supportive, mission-driven workplace.
