Australian Vintage has an exciting opportunity for an experienced laboratory professional to step into the role of Assistant Laboratory Manager at our Buronga Hill Winery, just a short drive from Mildura.

This is a 14 month fixed term parental leave opportunity, offering the chance to build valuable leadership experience while remaining hands on in a busy commercial winery laboratory.

Working alongside our Laboratory Manager, you will be the operational leader of the laboratory and their designated deputy, leading the day to day workflow and supporting a team of Laboratory Technicians. You will help ensure our Winemaking, Production and Quality teams receive accurate, reliable and timely laboratory services when they need them.
