Austin Health Pathology is seeking a highly experienced Regional Laboratory Manager to lead regional laboratory operations and ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic testing. This permanent, part time role (36 hours per week, 9 days per fortnight) is based in Swan Hill, Victoria.
You will provide operational leadership, quality assurance, regulatory compliance (NATA/NPAAC), and stakeholder communication with clinicians, clients and vendors, while managing staffing and budgets and driving service
