Stag Electrical is looking for an experienced Installation Scheduler to coordinate solar and battery installations across multiple Australian states.
We're an established, growing solar and battery installation business with a large network of installation contractors.
We need someone who is highly organised, communicates confidently with customers and contractors, and takes ownership of getting installations booked and ready to proceed.
Previous experience scheduling installations in the solar, electrical or trades industry is essential.

- Ensure customers and contractors receive the information they need before installation.
- Monitor upcoming installations and follow up outstanding confirmations.
- Work with our technical, inventory and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain transparent records so other team members can easily understand the status of each job.
About you
- Has proven experience coordinating installations, preferably in solar and battery systems.
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers, installers and suppliers.

- Is comfortable working across multiple systems and managing a high volume of communications.
- Can identify problems, prioritise urgent issues and escalating appropriately.
Experience with Simpro, Monday.com or similar job management systems would be highly regarded.
