About the Role

Are you the person who can make a complex transport schedule run like clockwork? Do you thrive on coordinating vehicles, people and resources while keeping operations moving? We want to hear from you

We're looking for a talented Scheduler to join our busy Sydney operations team based in Yennora.

Whether your experience is in linehaul, transport, freight, logistics, fleet coordination, distribution or operational scheduling, we're interested in the skills and experience you can bring to Kent.

Working closely with our Operations Manager and national branch network, you'll play a key role in coordinating interstate transport and container movements, managing resources and ensuring our operations run efficiently.

This is a hands-on scheduling role where no two days are the same. You'll need to think ahead, manage competing priorities and respond confidently when plans change.

We're open to experienced industry schedulers who can hit the ground running, as well as capable operations and logistics professionals looking to take the next step in their career.

Some of What You Will Be Doing

- Planning and coordinating interstate road and rail transport schedules and container movements
- Managing transport bookings, container allocation
