- 8+ years of API Gateway / API Management experience (Apigee preferred; similar platforms are also acceptable).
- Hands-on experience onboarding APIs, including requirements gathering, testing, security reviews, and production deployments.
- Strong API security expertise, including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, TLS/mTLS, and certificate management.
- Proven production support experience for API Gateway platforms, including troubleshooting API onboarding issues, OAuth/JWT authentication, TLS/mTLS certificates, gateway policies, backend integrations, and customer-impacting incidents.
- Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancers, and SSL/TLS troubleshooting.
- Linux/RHEL administration experience in production environments.
- Expertise to Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
- Experience With Ansible And CI/CD Tools (Git Lab Preferred).
- Familiarity with controlled change management and release processes.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
