MAZI Brighton Cafe has a great opportunity for front of house staff.
The position is 5 days a week,
10am-3pm including both Saturday and Sundays. Weekend availability essential.
Must have minimum 3 years experience FOH. Must be able to perform a 3 plate carry.
Typical duties will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Taking orders and ensuring accurate order entry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills .
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast paced environment
- Maintaining a clean dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
