Quintro Healthcare is a growing Australian wholesale distributor of mobility and independent living products. We hold exclusive Australian distribution rights for respected international brands, and supply mobility retailers, pharmacies and healthcare providers across Australia and New Zealand.

We are focussed on providing quality products, personalised service and strong relationships with our retailers and clinicians who recommend our range.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to drive Quintro's next stage of growth. You'll build our presence with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, retailers and other care providers, and grow sales of our exclusive brands across Australia and New Zealand.

This role starts with a strong sales and business development focus. Over time, you'll take on oversight of operations and the wider team, with a clear path to General Manager for the right person.

- Reports to: Managing Director

- Location: Mitcham VIC, with ability to travel across Melbourne and some interstate travel

- Employment type: Permanent full-time (part-time/flexible hours considered for the right candidate)

- Total package: $100k - $130k + super + company vehicle or allowance + uncapped bonuses

- Start date: December 2026 / January 2027

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development (Primary focus)

- Grow sales across mobility retailers, pharmacies, aged care, NDIS providers and allied health

- Build referral relationships with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and AT prescribers





- Work with healthcare professionals to recommend the right equipment for each client's needs

- Plan and deliver CPD sessions and product training for clinicians and retail staff

- Guide customers through funding pathways and quoting requirements

- Manage key accounts, prepare quotes and identify new opportunities

- Represent Quintro at trade shows, conferences and industry events

- Recruit and develop a sales team as the business grows

Marketing

- Plan and run promotions, campaigns and recent product offers for retailers and clinicians

- Create content such as blogs, product videos, case studies and social media posts

- Develop product brochures, training materials and point-of-sale resources

- Work with our external agencies on digital advertising, SEO and email campaigns

Growing into General Manager: operations and business leadership

- Oversee our operations and customer service team

- Lead new product development and range decisions, using feedback from clinicians and customers

- Lead and develop the operations and customer service team, delegating day-to-day warehouse, dispatch and service tasks

- Oversee inventory and purchasing strategy: forecasting, stock investment, supplier lead times, etc





- Implement process improvements

- Lead, recruit and develop customer service and sales team as the business grows

What We're After

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven sales or business development experience in the mobility, assistive technology or healthcare equipment industry

- Industry relationships with OTs, physios, retailers, aged care or NDIS providers

- Working knowledge of NDIS and DVA funding, including quoting and approval processes

- Confidence presenting to clinicians, whether CPD sessions or product training

- The ambition and capability to grow into a General Manager role

- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

- A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

- A qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or another allied health field

- Experience with Cin7, Xero, Shopify or other similar systems

- New product development or product launch experience

- Experience working with overseas suppliers or in a wholesale or distribution business

- Experience in a small, growing business where you've worn many hats
