SA Health’s CALHN CO-ACT Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre invites applications for a CO-ACT Medical Practitioner. You will deliver medical care to patients transitioning into aged care, under senior clinician guidance, with emphasis on discharge planning and secure patient management.
You will work with Consultants, Registrars, nurses and allied health staff, contribute to education, supervision and quality improvement, and participate in a seven-day roster within a 3-year contract.
