Megavar is seeking a Design Manager to lead our high voltage design team across substation, transmission and renewable energy connection projects. You'll own design quality, programme and resourcing, and work with project managers and clients to deliver coordinated design packages.
This hands-on technical leadership role requires a bachelor’s in electrical or power engineering, 5+ years HV design experience, and the ability to guide teams while maintaining robust client communication.
