What You'll Be Doing/n /n
- /n Welcoming prospective customers and creating a great first impression /n
- /n Building genuine relationships and understanding what customers are looking for /n
- /n Turning enquiries into appointments, opportunities and sales /n
- /n Managing your own pipeline and following up leads /n
- /n Presenting our home designs, products and inclusions with confidence /n
- /n Guiding customers through the new home buying journey /n
- /n Developing robust relationships across the local community /n
- /n Working closely with an experienced and supportive sales team /n
- /n Representing Sherridon Homes at display launches, events and promotions /n
- /n Taking ownership of your performance and celebrating your successes /n Who We're Looking For/n We're looking for a salesperson first and foremost. /n Someone who enjoys the challenge of sales, thrives on achieving targets and knows how to connect with people. /n You might come from recent home sales, real estate,



automotive, finance, retail sales or another competitive sales environment. /n What matters most is your attitude, your drive and your ability to deliver results. /n Ideally, you'll bring: /n /n
- /n Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets /n
- /n Confidence in building relationships, negotiating and closing deals /n
- /n A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service /n
- /n A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach /n
- /n Strong communication and presentation skills /n
- /n The ability to manage leads, follow up opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline /n
