Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations, ensure the department is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and aligned with Coles standards. You’ll build a high-performing team, manage rostering, stock control and waste, and drive a one-team culture that prioritises health, safety and outstanding customer experiences.
