- Long-term career opportunity with an established civil contractor We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a highly regarded civil construction contractor delivering major projects across Moreton Bay. With an established pipeline of projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer looking to take ownership of significant civil construction projects while enjoying the benefit of working locally and being home every night . Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, overseeing engineering, commercial and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and technical aspects of civil construction projects
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities with Supervisors, subcontractors and project teams
- Assist with construction planning, programming and project schedules
- Coordinate procurement and allocation of project resources
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
- Manage project quality assurance and documentation
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reporting and technical records
- Assist with contract administration, including NODs, EOTs, notices and claims
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers




- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with relevant specifications, standards and safety requirements What's in it for you?
