About the Role
/n In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and safe operation of our day surgery unit. Your responsibilities will span across multiple stages of the patient journey, ensuring a positive experience from admission through to discharge.

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Providing comprehensive care across admissions and discharge processes /n
- Delivering high-quality Stage 2 and Stage 3 recovery nursing care /n
- Collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary day surgery team /n
- Maintaining a positive, skilled attitude in all patient and staff interactions /n About You/n To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse within a day surgery or similar acute clinical setting. You will demonstrate: /n /n
- Hands-on experience in day surgery environments /n
- Competency across admissions, discharge, and Stage 2/3 recovery procedures /n
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work /n
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to person-centred patient care /n
- Strong communication skills and a adaptable, adaptable work style /n
