NRMA Parks & Resorts in NSW is seeking a full time qualified Chef to join Murramarang Resort. This hands-on role spans our Beach Bistro, takeaway, and conference/event operations, with shifts across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and busy peak periods. You'll work within menu, recipe and food-cost frameworks to ensure quality and consistency across dining venues, manage high-volume service, support stock control, and assist with kitchen management under the Head Chef.
