Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and stock management in our small-format stores. You will work with fellow Department Managers and report to the Site Manager, guiding a team of 10+ to deliver the Best Experience and ensure our Widest Range and Lowest Prices.
You will train and develop your team, monitor service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Safety & Wellbeing teams, and manage weekend rosters and public holiday work.
