Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Director, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer. You will manage complex diaries, correspondence, meetings and travel with discretion and sound judgement.
You will coordinate executive briefings and governance materials, deliver end-to-end secretariat support to Board and committees, and build robust relationships with government representatives, Board members and community partners.
