About this opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join ourclose-knit Kitchen Stewarding team as casual Kitchen Stewarding Team Members.

Working in a world-class facility, delivering Extraordinary events, youwill play an essential role in the operation of our Culinary team. You will:





- Undertake bulk washing of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment and glassware;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen anddishwasher areas;
- Clean and sanitise all food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens and other equipment;
- Be responsible for the safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste;
- Be responsible for the safe transport of clearing stations around kitchen and service areas;
- Operate a large scale flight dishwasher, ensuring machine is running properly at all times;
- Complete cleaning schedules within ICC Sydney as instructed by Supervisors.
