NIDA The National Institute of Dramatic Art in Kensington NSW is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee People & Culture operations, workforce data, compliance and payroll coordination. You will drive system improvements across HR platforms, ensure industrial relations compliance, and lead a small team on initiatives that support staff and organisational goals.
This is a full time, two-year contract with a base salary of $140,000 plus 12% superannuation, based on a 38-hour week.
