North West Private Hospital – Everton Park QLD requires a highly motivated Registered Nurse for a permanent part‑time Nurse Unit Manager role within the Theatre team. You will mentor and lead a team, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care and optimal outcomes, while aligning with Ramsay Health Care standards and best practice.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Services and drive workforce management, rostering and resource use in a agile hospital environment.
