seek.com.au is seeking a Junior Strata Manager to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Owners Corporations. You will gain exposure to all aspects of strata management and contribute to effective governance and service delivery.
You will attend and chair meetings for smaller corporations, coordinate maintenance and contractor engagement, respond to inquiries, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with Owners Corporation legislation and regulations.
