An established and highly regarded Hills District real estate agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its team.

Offering a Monday to Friday working week, a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties and the freedom to get on with the job, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property management without unnecessary complications.

You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while managing the day-to-day responsibilities that come with it.

From maintenance and arrears to rent reviews, lease renewals, inspections and tenancy matters, you’ll have the independence to manage your workload, make decisions and keep things moving.

There’s no unnecessary micromanagement. You’ll be trusted to do your job, with experienced colleagues and management available whenever you need support.

You’ll be joining a well-established agency with a strong local reputation,



experienced leadership and a team that understands the demands of property management.

The agency is looking for someone with at least two to three years of residential property management experience, a solid understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and a Certificate of Registration.

You’ll be organised, approachable and confident in your decision-making, with the ability to manage your portfolio independently and maintain solid client relationships.
