The role oversees governance, quality systems and the Veteran Services Outcomes Framework, driving continuous improvement and high-quality, person-centred services for veterans and families.
You will lead audits, policy development and reporting, while collaborating with Defence, ESOs and government partners to ensure compliant, best-practice service delivery.
