BUSY At Work is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Townsville team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, deliver friendly service and educate local business communities on employment services.
This full time fixed-term role runs to 30 June 2027, with two days per week in Kirwan/Townsville. You will handle scheduling, admin duties, records, marketing materials, and coordination of field-based staff, with training and growth opportunities.
