Ruiz Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own a concentrated Canberra apartment portfolio. You will build robust relationships with owners and tenants, coordinate inspections, and manage tenancy matters from start to finish.
You will work with leasing and administrative teams, receive dedicated support, and have direct access to the Director for guidance on complex matters. A car allowance and free staff parking are provided where included.
