The BUSY Group is seeking an Employment Consultant for the Workforce Australia GEN Contract, based at the Cleveland Office. This full time, fixed-term role runs until June 2027 with a possible extension, working 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will provide pre-employment support to improve work-readiness, assess barriers, and guide clients toward sustainable work or education, referring to partners as needed.
