Mauri's Northam flour mill is seeking a hands-on Packing Supervisor to lead the day-to-day packing operations. You will coordinate the packing workflow, supervise the team and ensure protected, high-quality production using automated packing and palletising equipment.
Ideal candidates will have experience leading a packing team in a manufacturing setting, knowledge of safety standards and HACCP/GMP, and the ability to manage rostering and issue resolution on the floor.
