WE'RE HIRING | EXPERIENCED BARISTA – REDFERN Toby's Estate is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Redfern We're a busy, high-volume specialty coffee café serving 20kg+ of coffee per day, so we're looking for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace. What we're offering: Monday–Friday roster Great team of 4 baristas Long-standing, happy team Beautiful café and location Less than 10 minutes' walk from Redfern Station About you: Strong specialty coffee experience Confident working in a high-volume café Great customer service skills Reliable, positive and team-focused Comfortable keeping up with a busy service Experience in a fast-paced café is essential.
