Aurec is seeking a strategic ServiceNow leader to set the vision, roadmap and operational excellence for ServiceNow across the organisation. Reporting to Tech leadership with CIO alignment, you will own platform governance and enterprise-wide ITSM delivery.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of architecture, CMDB governance and multi-supplier SIAM models, guiding vendors and internal teams to a reliable, high-performing ServiceNow ecosystem.
