Calvary’s Hobart hospital is seeking a Social Worker to provide services across St John's and Lenah Valley Campuses, mainly in Palliative Care, Rehabilitation and Medical Wards. The position is a 0.4FTE permanent part time role, with casual or credentialled Social Workers considered.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, provide counselling, information and emotional support, and help clients access services and government programs.
