TeamKids is seeking a capable Second in Charge (2IC) for our Highfields OSHC service near Toowoomba. This permanent, part time role offers hands-on leadership and the chance to deliver high-quality care to primary school children.
You'll work split shifts Monday to Friday (before and after school), supported by a Director of Service to help you grow in leadership, programming and school community engagement, with training opportunities and advancement paths.
