Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading dynamic hospitality teams? Joondalup Resort is seeking Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our operations in a stunning natural setting.

Salary is based under HIGA Award Level 5.

The employee will be engaged on a part time basis, with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support front-of-house staff across multiple outlets of the business such as banquets, restaurant and clubhouse
- Ensure smooth daily service and uphold Joondalup Resort’s standards of excellence
- Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback
- Manage guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally




- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to improve service delivery

About You

- At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a similar environment
- Previous experience in banqueting, conference, or large-scale event service will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to work flexible hours accross a 7 day-roster, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
- Physically capable of assisting with furniture movement and event setup as required
- Willingness to work across multiple outlets as needed
- RSA certification and knowledge of WA liquor licensing regulations
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- First Aid certificate will be advantageous
