The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer seeking broad commercial exposure and meaningful responsibility to join the Firm in a small, supportive team environment. The successful candidate will assist on, and progressively take carriage of, a range of legal matters across the Firm's practice areas. The work will include: litigation and dispute resolution, including complex litigation across various Courts and jurisdictions general commercial transactions, property transactions and retail leasing insolvency advice and litigation family law involving business and property disputes estates and family provisions litigation direct file and matter management, client and stakeholder communication About You To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a commercial or litigation team. You must be able to demonstrate:



a genuine interest for commercial transactions and litigation a strong willingness to learn excellent attention to detail excellent organisational skills the ability to meet strict deadlines robust emotional intelligence and the ability to handle varying types of clients exceptional verbal and written communication skills the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team This role is a face-to-face role in our Sydney CBD office.
