Build a high-performing team. /n /n /nWe’re looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a premium furniture showroom in Sydney./n /n /n This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to drive sales, develop a team and create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be visible on the showroom floor, coaching your team in real time and taking ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the business./n /n What you’ll be doing/n /n
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of sales professionals /n
- Taking ownership of showroom sales, conversion and overall commercial performance /n
- Coaching the team to improve individual performance and achieve targets /n
- Using sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and address performance gaps /n
- Driving a premium, relationship-led customer experience /n
- Managing stock, showroom operations, customer accounts and day-to-day priorities /n
- Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards /n
- Leading from the front and creating a positive,



accountable team culture /n What we’re looking for/n /n
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager or senior retail leader /n
- Strong sales and commercial experience within furniture, homewares, premium retail or a high-value sales environment /n
- A genuine ability to coach, develop and motivate a team /n
- Confidence working with sales figures, KPIs, conversion and commercial performance /n
- A hands-on leadership style, comfortable being on the floor and involved with customers /n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold people accountable while building a positive culture /n What's on offer/n /n
- $110K + Super + Commission /n
