About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales professional to join our team at our Brisbane office located in Coorparoo. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base. As an Internal Sales representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and the organisation, managing inbound enquiries, processing orders, and providing expert guidance to support customer purchasing decisions. This role is essential to our sales operations and directly impacts our ability to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and interactions over the counter Process customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining detailed records in our systems Provide product and service information to customers,
addressing questions and concerns professionally Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to maximise customer value Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Follow up on leads and quotations to progress sales through to completion Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators Maintain accurate customer data and sales information in line with company procedures Contribute to a positive and supportive team setting What we're looking for Proven experience in an internal sales, sales support, or customer service role within a small team environment Would also suit someone looking to transition of the tools into a full-time or part-time roll in sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer bases Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business software Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction Professional telephone manner and confidence in handling customer interactions Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team setting A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role Preferably, previous experience within the industries we service would be advantageous
