This is a hands‑on role working in sheet-metal manufacturing operation, producing high-quality gutters, flashings, rainwater goods and custom sheet-metal products for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment, taking pride in workmanship and paying attention to detail while working as part of a team. Full product and process training will be provided to ensure you understand the products, equipment, quality requirements and processes.

Key responsibilities
Reading and interpreting drawings, cutting lists and job requirements Measuring, cutting, folding and fabricating sheet-metal products accurately Operating sheet-metal machinery including press brakes, guillotines/shears and other fabrication equipment Manufacturing gutters, flashings and custom sheet-metal products to specification Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements Identifying and reporting quality issues before products leave the production area Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area Working with the production, warehouse and delivery teams to meet customer deadlines Looking after machinery,



tools and materials Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and product quality About you Previous experience in sheet-metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment The ability to accurately measure and work from drawings and cutting lists Experience operating sheet-metal machinery such as press brakes and guillotines/shears Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills A solid commitment to safety and quality The ability to work independently while also supporting the wider team Positive problem-solving skills and a practical approach to manufacturing challenges A positive attitude and willingness to learn A relevant trade qualification in sheet-metal fabrication, engineering or a related field is highly regarded Product and process training Opportunities to develop your fabrication and manufacturing skills A supportive team setting Opportunities for career development and progression A workplace focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement The chance to work with a wide range of sheet-metal products and custom manufacturing requirements
