Warehouse Operative – Freezer Environment Northampton, NN4 9EX Immediate Starts Available Join a well-known British supermarket distribution centre as a Warehouse Operative in a fast-paced freezer environment operating at approximately -22°C. If you’re looking for a full-time role with excellent earning potential, paid breaks, performance bonuses, and a rota planned well in advance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30) 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour) Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required

- Day shift 06:00-14:00
- Afternoon shift 14:00-22:00

- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
