- To hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate 3 in EC and be working towards their Diploma
- A current Working with Children Check
- Child safety training certificates 1-5
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- A skilled and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
