Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop schemes for government, public, housing, and masterplanning
- Work collaboratively with Architecture and Landscape team on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Work across master plans, site-specific DCPs, urban design analysis, SSDAs, SDRP documentation and planning proposals
- Involvement in projects from briefing to handover
- Develop design, documentation, and coordination of projects of all scales
- Consult at a high-level with clients and consultants
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Urban Design preferred (architecture/ landscape considered with relevant experience)
- Proven experience on developer driven and government projects
- Excellent 3D modelling skills Rhino preferred
- High level presentation skills (Adobe Suite)
- Strong design sensibility, with developed skills in documentation and coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly and to all stakeholders
- Outstanding client and team liaison skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills essential
