Snooze Bennetts Green is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

At Snooze, you will

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service

- Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers

- Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor.

You will bring

- A genuine people person with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience

- Motivation for sales





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
