Deaf Connect is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to help Deaf, Deafblind and hard-of-hearing clients manage their NDIS plans and build independence through capacity-building activities.
You will foster community connections, review plans for timely services, translate between English and Auslan when required, coordinate supports across providers, and work face-to-face or virtually with travel as needed.
