Balaklava High School is seeking a dynamic Leader Band B-1 to head the numeracy and STEM portfolio. You will drive school-wide numeracy improvement, lead curriculum initiatives, and foster hands-on STEM learning across Maths, Science and Technologies.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, coaching and mentoring, and strong leadership to support teachers and facilities. Adaptable arrangements may be considered.
