SOLANA FOUNDATION is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own the day-to-day people operations for a globally distributed team. You’ll run onboarding to offboarding, maintain Rippling, manage Deel EOR, handle contracts and advantages, and partner with Finance, Recruitment and IT. This hands-on role reports to the COO and offers a path to scaling HR as the organization grows, with a strong emphasis on discretion and cross-border compliance.
