Parfums Christian Dior in Melbourne is seeking a Full time Counter Manager to lead our Myer Melbourne La Collection Privée Dior Counter. The ideal candidate has a background in premium luxury retail management, with the ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service Sunday to Thursday. You will set team objectives, guide clienteling and CRM activities, manage stock and merchandising, and motivate staff to meet KPIs while upholding the brand's standards of grooming and presentation.
