Business Development Manager A great opportunity for a true “hunter” to drive new business growth for a specialist safety solutions company. You’ll own the full sales cycle—identifying and qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing—then ensuring a clean handover to Operations.

The role Reporting to the General Manager (QLD/NSW), you’ll be responsible for:

- Identifying, developing and qualifying new business opportunities
- Creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Pricing works and contributing to commercial strategy
- Spotting growth opportunities through market/competitor awareness
- Building strong relationships and expanding networks across the market
- Ensuring accurate project details for smooth operational handover
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures and requirements

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B)
- Experience working in the facilities management OR infrastructure sectors is essential
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident working autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable juggling changing priorities




- A genuine sales “hunter” mindset with strong relationship-building ability
