The Town of Caledon is seeking a Facility Maintenance I to support recreation facilities. This replacement, unionized role covers ice facilities, pools, building grounds and equipment, performing maintenance and minor repairs.
Responsibilities include cleaning, carpentry and painting, operating ice resurfacer and maintaining arena refrigeration, pool filtration, HVAC and electrical systems, plus logging equipment data. A valid driver's license and First Aid are required.
