Rizins Burgers Mitcham Pty Ltd i s seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our fast-paced quick-service restaurant located in Mitcham, VIC, 3132.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and productive order fulfilment.
- Determine appropriate stock levels based on sales volumes and customer demand.
- Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of food, packaging, beverages and other store supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, orders, pricing and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock-control and stock-rotation procedures.
- Monitor sales, store expenses and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases and financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control and store profitability.
- Implement pricing, promotions and marketing initiatives in accordance with business policies.
- Ensure products are appropriately presented, priced and available to customers.
- Recruit, train, supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties according to business requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and support.
- Ensure staff comply with food safety, hygiene, customer service and workplace procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.




- Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale operations and daily reconciliation.
- Monitor food quality, service times and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant food-safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised store environment.
- Prepare and review reports relating to sales, stock, staffing and overall store performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Applicants should have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Retail Manager, Fast Food Manager, Store Manager or similar management role .
- Experience managing a fast-food, quick-service restaurant or similar retail environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, customer service and stock management.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating staff.
- Experience with staff rostering, training and performance management.
- Experience managing stock purchasing, inventory control and supplier coordination.
- Ability to monitor sales performance and manage store costs.
- Experience using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
