Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a property management business in Western Sydney, overseeing a small portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across December and January. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing facilities, contractors, and compliance within sophisticated property environments.

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of nominated properties, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and asset preservation. The role requires robust stakeholder engagement, budget management, and proactive risk mitigation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage building operations, maintenance, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory codes, and essential services




- Monitor and report on operating expenditure and site functionality
- Champion tenant satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate building inspections, certifications, and risk audits
- Assist with capital works, sustainability, and energy management programs

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in commercial/industrial property or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of WHS, essential services, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Superior organisational skills and attention to detail
