The Swan Group is seeking a proactive and driven Maintenance Manager (Property) to join our team.

Our real estate division, Coorong Realty, provides a comprehensive range of services including residential sales, commercial sales, rural sales, workforce accommodation, holiday rental management, commercial property management and commercial laundry services.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a unique individual who can combine hands-on maintenance expertise with strong leadership and organisational skills.

About The Role

Position Title: Maintenance Manager (Property)
Business: The Swan Group - Coorong Realty
Location: Tailem Bend, SA (servicing the Coorong, Murraylands and Mallee districts)
Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Coorong Realty General Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance works across a diverse property portfolio
- Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
- Performing general repairs and maintenance, lawnmowing/gardening and outdoor cleaning
- Managing and liaising with contractors and tradespeople
- Carrying out renovation and improvement projects
- Developing efficient systems, procedures and workflows
- Assisting with budgeting and cost management for maintenance works
- Providing outstanding service to landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders




- Identifying opportunities to expand and improve maintenance services

About you

T o be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, building services or a related field

Robust organisational and time management skills

Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Practical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate others

A current driver’s licence

National Police Check

Experience working with property management systems and maintenance software will be highly regarded
